This four-week journey begins with discovering and embracing the core 'why' behind the pursuit, followed by refining the foundational elements that drive long-term success. Participants engage in Identity 101 and Focus 101 sessions, gaining insights into their values, beliefs, and vital metrics. By the end of this phase, individuals and organizations will have a well-defined mission, a clear value proposition, and a comprehensive understanding of their market positioning, setting the stage for tactical planning.
Tactical Planning
The Tactical Planning phase focuses on translating the strategic vision into actionable plans. Over four weeks, individuals and organizations refine their capabilities, resources, and operational models. This phase is designed to equip participants with the tools needed to pursue careers and clients, and secure funding for each step in the process. With a strong emphasis on integrating identity into every aspect of their efforts, participants will develop three-year strategies, design governance structures, and create go-to-market plans that align with their core values.
Launch, Fund & Execute
In the Launch, Fund & Execute phase, individuals and organizations transition from planning to action. This phase provides ongoing support for sales, funding, and operations, ensuring that individuals and organizations have the resources and guidance they need to execute their strategies effectively. With a combination of one-on-one coaching and cohort-based support, participants focus on driving growth, securing funding, and maintaining a healthy work rhythm.
Grow, learn & Scale
The Scale, Learn & Grow phase is where individuals and organizations expand their capabilities and solidify their market presence. This phase offers full access to the Mythos House platform, with integrated services that support scaling efforts. Individuals and organizations receive comprehensive guidance on scaling strategies, continuous learning, and long-term growth. By aligning external metrics with internal values, this phase ensures that individuals and organizations achieve sustainable success while maintaining their commitment to personal growth, community impact, and environmental stewardship.
